Eileen Crow

She loved spending time with family and friends and cooking family recipes. Eileen cherished her boyfriend, Nick Valceanu, and loved her dogs, Buggs and Jagger. One of her hobbies was to cross-stitch and she loved the outdoors, especially camping and horseback riding. Eileen’s personality always offered comedic relief. She was co-chairman for the Relay for Life.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband of five years, Wyman “Bud” Crow, who died in 2006.

She is survived by her son, Kyle D. Thiry of Evansville; daughter, Jamie L. Erwin (Thiry) of Spiro, OK; brother, John Garloff of Ashland, OR; grandchildren, Cain Kukla of Van Buren, AR, Shae Kukla, Abel Kukla and Lucas Erwin, all of Spiro, OK; daughter-in-law, Joy E. Thiry of Evansville; son-in-law, Danny Erwin of Spiro, OK; boyfriend, Nick Valceanu and his son, Nick, both of Evansville, and his mother, Barb Williams of Newburgh; sister-in-law, Mori Samel-Garloff; nephews, Max and Bronson Samel-Garloff; and step-daughter, Angie Crow and her family.

Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor Sue Williams, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
