She was the oldest living member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her first husband, Loren Tremper; her second husband, Charles Cannon; four brothers; and four sisters.
She is survived by her sister, Eileen (Carl) Hagan of Grand Island, NE; nieces, Carmen (Melvin) Dalton of Evansville and Lena Cieslack of Richland, IN; and other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be 1:30 PM Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. James Wilson and Rev. Dr. James Fracier, with entombment in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
