Miss Ella was the first and only day care provider I ever used for my son, Matthew.  She was a lovely lady.  Rest in peace, Miss Ella.

Grandma Ella was heaven-sent to our family in 1987. She kept Danielle the first five years of her life and treated her like she was her own. We will never forget her and the kind, gentle spirit she showed to all. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Miss Ella was my babysitter. I am now almost 26 years old and have such wonderful memories of her. I feel very blessed to have spent time with her just a couple years ago when I dropped by and she gave me the grand tour of where I used to play. Now having a child of my own, I wish he had someplace like Miss Ella's to spend time at growing up.

Nana: I'll never forget our good conversations we had over a nice hot cup of coffee.  You were a wonderful Grandma to me, and our family is forever grateful for the love & support you gave us. In loving remembrance.

Grandma Ella will always have a place in my families heart. She kept Emma the first four years of her life. Emma still talks about her & loved to stop by for visits after she closed the daycare. She was always "grandma Ella" to us. I feel so blessed to have met her & be part of her life. She had such impact on Emma's life growing up. She will never forget the blue dot!!

Gail and family, words cannot express the sorrow your family is feeling in the passing of a wonderful compassionate lady who loved her children and our children.   An angel named Miss Ella has definitely been placed in heaven. Gail- We are so sorry to hear about Miss Ella. McKenna will be 15 years old in a few months and she still talks about going to Miss Ella's  and how much she loved her. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to know her and that I was able to leave my child with someone who not only took wonderful care of her but who also truly cared for all of the children she took care of.  You both did a wonderful job helping so many of us raise our children in the first few years of their lives. She will be missed!

Sending my condolences to Ella's family.  She was my son's first baby sitter in Evansville.  He is now fourteen.  I think of her often.  She was such a blessing to our lives.  May God bless you during this difficult time.  Heaven just received a wonderful new angel.
