Emma lived life her way. She was always the life of the party, she never knew a stranger, and loved spending time with family. She also enjoyed a good, long phone conversation.
She has worn many hats in her lifetime. Of those, she enjoyed the Laborer’s Local #561 where she retired after 15 years. There she had the nickname “Killer” due to her always giving co-workers a hard time. She spent her most recent years working at Evans Middle School in the cafeteria where she enjoyed her co-workers and students.
Emma was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce and James “JC” Evans; and brother, Dennis Evans.
Emma is survived by her husband, Phillip Key; children, Christopher Bolin, Lesley Toby (Todd), Andy Bolin-Hatfield (Scott) Debra Roman (Josh), Deanna Barta, and Ashley Barta; step-daughters, Angie Mamat (Aswan), and Barbara Majors; grandchildren, Ryan Bolin, Jacob Bolin, Jordan Bolin, Lincoln Bolin, Chelsea Bolin, Brandon Fox, Dakota Yancy, Holly Erickson, Blake Erickson, Casey Erickson, Austin Hatfield, Carter Hatfield, Addison Chaffin, Kennedy Bolin, Kamdyn Roman, Taylor Roman, and Trevor Roman; 16 great grand-children; and brother, Ralph Vincent of Boonville.
