Evelyn M. Stocker

Evelyn M. Stocker, 97, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital of Indianapolis, IN. Evelyn was a lifelong resident of Evansville, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis F. Stocker. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Sharon Dunn of Indianapolis; grandson, Jeffrey Dunn (Carolyn) of Indianapolis; sisters, Verna Mae Brandau of Evansville and Helen Schimmelman of Michigan; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Dr. William Wassner, with entombment to follow at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Rosie’s Southside Animal Shelter, 1614 W.
