She graduated from Memorial High School, Class of 1950. Jacqueline went on to open and operate Moonlight Tavern for 25 years. She retired from the EVSC cafeteria after 20 years.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Bobby Harlan.
She is survived by her children, Robert Harlan (Betsy), Greg Harlan, Dennis Harlan (Sherry), Kim Todd (Mark), Melony Hurm (Steve), and Kelly Claridge (Alan); 22 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2025 at St. Boniface Parish. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time at church.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Heart to Heart Hospice and the Terrace at Solarbron, as well as Dr. Shalonda Newcomb and Dr. Richard Wagner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Parish.
