Jeffery was born on June 9, 1965, and graduated from Harrison High School in 1983. He spent much of his life rooted in family, friendship, and hard work. He was a proud father and grandfather who deeply loved his family and the time they shared together.
He is survived by his son, Austin Moore (Kendra); his grandchildren, Addison, Bryden, and Zayden; his stepfather, D.R. Stephens; his stepsisters, Carly and Leah; and many lifelong friends who became family to him over the years.
Jeffery was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Stephens, and his father, Bill Moore.
Jeffery was known for his love of music, especially his prized guitars, which were a source of joy and expression throughout his life. He had a special ability to make others laugh, and his humor and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He worked as a pawn broker at River City Pawn, where he built lasting connections and friendships over the years.
The family would like to thank all of the healthcare professionals who cared for Jeffery, with special gratitude to Jenny with Compassus Hospice and Katie with Life in Motion for their compassion and care until the end.
