Jerry Lee Thompson

Jerry graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1952. He retired from Whirlpool. Jerry was a Golden Glove Champ, coached T-ball, loved to fish, camp, and spend time with his grandkids, Baylie, Emma, Seth, and Tarrah Jo. He was a member of Howell Booster Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Myrtle Thompson; daughter, Pam Galloway; grandchildren, Chance Edward and Kara Jo; and daughter-in-law, Patricia Thompson.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Linda Thompson; sons, Donald Thompson (Becky), William Thompson, and Jerry Lee; daughter, Kelly Evans (Tom); grandchildren, Jason, Hollie, and Brandi Jo, Kelly; several great-grandchildren all loved; sisters, Donna Boyles (Jim) and Rita Hunter; brothers, George Thompson (Linda) and Ronald Thompson (Janet); godchild, Mindy Bennett; sisters-in-law, Nancy Ahlbrand and Betty Maddox; brothers-in-law, Bill Wright (Evelyn), Tom Wright (Karen), and Ed Wright (Rhonda) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 29, 2010, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Terry Gamblin with burial at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
