She worked for SBC/Indiana Bell/ AT&T her whole life, where she greatly enjoyed her job and co-workers. After retirement, Joan started a business decorating and maintaining graves. She loved creating floral arrangements and making beauty in this world. Joan will be missed by her many life long friends and family.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sisters, Irene Solomon and Carolyn Bicker; nephews, Shawn Solomon, Mike Solomon, Bryan Bicker, and Ronnie Bicker; cousin, Carol Broderhausen; and aunt, Viola.
