She was a member of the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed traveling and loved to ballroom dance. Joanne was a very strong spirited woman and had a wonderful sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robert Wilkins and parents, Frank & Anna Roberts.
Joanne is survived by her daughter, Edith Moore; 4 grandchildren, Robert, Beth, Randy and Amanda Scott; 6 great-grandchildren; niece & nephew, John & Janet Brown; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe & Julia Wilkins.
Services will be 1:00PM Friday, February 8, 2013, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Bret Myers with burial in Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit, Thursday, February 7, 2013, from 3:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 3101 North Green River Road, Evansville, IN 47715.
