He worked in the restaurant and construction fields. He was a loving and caring person and will be deeply missed.
John was preceded in death by his aunt, Joann (Stamp) Hancock, and will be buried next to her.
He is survived by his parents, Ed and Kathy Mychaskiw of Simpsonville, SC; brother, Jeff Mychaskiw and wife, Erica (Bohleber), of Houston, TX; sister, Julie Mychaskiw of Simpsonville, SC; grandparents, Bob and June Stamp of Evansville, Ed and Josephine Mychaskiw of Naugatuck, CT; aunt, Donna of Middlebury, CT; uncle, Jim Stamp (Renee) of Elizabethtown, KY; and four cousins.
Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 21, 2011, at Alexander Memorial Park Heritage Chapel, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, with burial to follow. Friends may visit Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice in memory of John.
