He served in the US Army and was a 53 year member of the Carpenters Local 90. He owned and operated Ohio River Divers Company and Joe’s Dive Shop.
Joseph was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Nancy Bichler.
He is survived by his son, Jeff (Wanda) Bichler; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters.
No funeral services will be held.
