She retired from Deaconess Gateway as a CNA. Karen enjoyed traveling with her family and spending time with her great grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Anna Sinnett; husband, John Welch; great grandsons, Michael Welch and Joshua Welch; sister, Paula Myers; and brother, Junior Sinnett.
She is survived by her son, Brian Welch (Dolly); stepsons, Steve Welch (Karen) and David Welch (Laura); grandchildren, Jeffrey Welch, Megan Welch (Dalton Russell), and John Welch; great grandchild, Kobe; sister-in-law, Barb Sinnett; brother, Richard Sinnett; and nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Alexander North Chapel.
