Karol R. Hendricks

Karol was a former member of the Methodist Church of Cynthiana. She retired from Crescent Plastics after more than 20 years of dedicated service, forming lasting friendships and earning the respect of her coworkers along the way. She had a special love for flowers, landscaping, gardening, and shopping. She and her husband enjoyed vacationing with their good friends, Bill and Linda Calvert.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David N. Hendricks in 2025, and her father, Will Marvel.

Karol is survived by her mother, Norma Marvel; son, Michael Hadley (Jennifer); daughter, Kimberly Townsend (Mike); grandchildren, Emily, Annelise, Aleah, Gavin, and Gracie; great-granddaughter, Paisley; sister, Karen Sheets (Jimmy); niece, Trina Marvel and many other loved nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Liberty Cemetery in Cynthiana, Indiana with Pastor Jonathan Ryser officiating. Full military rites will also be conducted by the American Legion Post 51 to honor David Hendricks.
