She graduated from Memorial High School in 1979 and worked at SWIRCA for over 30 years. Kathy enjoyed going to Ellis Park but most important was spending time with her family.
Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Parr and her uncle, Kenneth Parr.
She is survived by her daughter, Candace Hart (Conrad); grandchildren, Jordan Hart and Emmalynn Hart; sister, Rebecca Parr; niece, Taylor Smith; niece, MacKenzie Smith; niece, Kendall Smith; nephew, Jasper Miller; niece, Adrianna Miller; and cousins, Jean Parr and Shirley Maquar.
The family would like to thank the staff at Evansville Protestant Home and Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center for their care.
