He attended Grace Baptist Church where he had many friends.
Kenny was preceded in death by his mother, Lena M. Fodge; and father, James W. Foster.
He is survived by his brother and longtime caregiver, John (Linda) Foster; brother, Robert (Angie) Francis; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, March 20, 2017, at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, with visitation from 9:30 AM until service time.
