Leonard E Berry

On April 3, 1956, the union of Archie B. (Lindsay) and L.E. Berry were blessed with Leonard Edward Berry.

He participated in life to the fullest, learning from life, taking his experiences to teach young people. He was an accomplished poet, author and entrepreneur.

On Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. he awaits with other family who have preceded him in death. Parents: L.E. and Archie Berry; Brothers: Ellis Ray and Ronald Henry. He leaves behind a host of family and friends to celebrate his memory: Daughter, Candice Bandy, Raleigh NC.; Former wife: Sherry White-Berry, Stepson: Brandon White, Daughter: Lynteara White, and Granddaughter: Malayia Jackson, Evansville IN; Six Brothers: Joe(Cynthia) Berry, Conowingo MD; Art Berry, Evansville IN; Kenneth(Betty) Berry and Michael Berry Gary, IN; Eddie Berry (Barbra Lewis), Baltimore MD; Brodrick Berry, Afghanistan; Five Sisters: Dorothy Jean (Alonzo) Jacobs, Accokeek MD; Diane (Charles) Proctor, Waldorf MD; Rita Renae (Stephan) Jackson and Althea (Chris) Evanauskas both of Gary IN; Marie (Donald) Walton Merrillville IN. Special family friend: Marvaline Prince.
