Lewis was a Marine Veteran, who served in Korea during the Korean conflict.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; parents; and two brothers and two sisters.
Lewis is survived by his daughter, Holly Baer; son-in-law, Jay Baer; grandchildren, Jennifer Grace (Jason) and Diana Baer Brown (Jeremy); great grandchildren, Brayden, Kaleb, and Devon; brother-in-law, James Barnabee; sisters-in-law, Velma Barnabee and Mary Grace; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:30 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Alexander North Chapel, with entombment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
