

She graduated from Millersburg High School and attended Lockyear Business College.
Lucille married Thomas Cameron on December 28, 1949 at St. John Catholic Church and together they raised their eight children.
She retired in 1992 from George Koch Sons and also had worked at Sears. She enjoyed gardening, bowling, fishing, and playing bingo.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Tom in 1988; son, Jeffrey Cameron in 1992; her parents; and brother, Floyd Titzer.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Steiman-Cameron (Debbie) of Indianapolis, Joan Neumann (Steve), Gary Cameron (Becky), James Cameron (Justine) and Patty Kopp (Greg) of Evansville, Benny Cameron (Chris) of Boonville, and Kelley Dix (Mark) of Bagdad, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Rita Metzinger of Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren, Noah and Ezra Steiman-Cameron of Indianapolis, Andy Neumann of Indianapolis, Zach Neumann of Evansville, Christy Meinerding of Noblesville, Jill Wolf of Fishers, Matt Cameron of Charlotte, NC, Jeanine and John Cameron of Evansville, Jacob, Mary Ann, Daniel, and Amanda Kopp of Evansville; seven great-grandchildren; three step-granddaughters; four step great-grandchildren; sister, Charlene Lamey (Joe) of Haubstadt; brother, Melvin Titzer (Joann); and sister-in-law, Caroline Titzer.
Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 600 East Virginia St., Evansville, IN, officiated by Rev. Kenneth Herr with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel and on Wednesday from 10 AM until service time at the church.
