Lynnell Sari Maier, 65, of Evansville, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014, at West River Health Campus. She was born December 28, 1948, in Evansville, to the late Norman and Frances R. (Ferguson) Maier.
She was a member of the Ferguson Clan and a lifelong member of St. Peter’s United Methodist Church. She absolutely loved working on genealogy and planning the family reunions. She enjoyed reading harlequin romances and loved taking care of her family.
Lynnell is survived by her sister, Sylvia Maier; two aunts; and many cousins.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, December 22, 2014, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Eric Robinson, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Sunday from 1:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
The family would like to give special thanks to Lisa Mantle and Taylor Greer for traveling a long distance to be with Lynnell.
