She was a lifelong member of the Baptist faith and was an organ donor. She loved to read, arts and crafts, and animals, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Madonna was preceded in death by her parents, Russell L. Shelton and Geneva (Leonard) Williams; infants, Jeffrey Scott and Brian Keith; grandmother, Birdie Cron; and sister-in-law, Rose Dowdell.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bill; son, Steve; daughter, Kelly (Chad) James; grandchildren, Arin (Jarrett) McManaway, Derreck Fraser, and Kyle and Ryan James; brothers, William Dowdell and Rick Papas; sister, Bonnie Funk; and many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Private services will be held at a later date.
