Margie Fisher

Margie Fisher, 89, passed away at 4:00 AM Monday, June 20, 2016, at The Terrace at Solarbron in Evansville, IN. She was born December 4, 1926 in Glade Creek, TN, to Joseph and Stella Pasek and was the youngest of six children.

She graduated from Central High School and was a lifelong member of The Order of Eastern Star and St. Lucas United Church of Christ. She formally worked at Harrison High School and enjoyed playing golf, gardening, and quilting.

Margie was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Louis E. Fisher.

She is survived by her three daughters, Christine Zimmerman (Ronald), Linda Rader, and Barbara Cruise (Timothy); grandchildren:, Jason Zimmerman (Kyrsten), Amy Cerajewski, Brian Cruise, and Kevin Cruise; great-grandchildren, Steven Cerajewski, Hannah Cerajewski, Jack Cerajewski, Aaron Zimmerman, and Madeline Zimmerman; and sister, Billie O'Connor, 105, of Miamisburg, OH.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, officiated by Pastor Lynn Martin, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time at the cemetery chapel.
