Mary Jane Russell

Mary graduated from Reitz High School in 1950.

She retired from the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department in 1984, after 17 years.

Mary loved her family and enjoyed reading and puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Joyce Davis; parents, Conness and Antha Northern; and granddaughter, Laurel Lee; sisters, Beverly Riney, Marjorie Goodman, and Doris McBride.

She is survived by her loving companion and partner, Daddy Bill Ditterline; daughters, Pamela Eickhoff and Marcia Jones (Lewis) both of Evansville; and Terri Lynn Isaacs (Mark) of Princeton; grandchildren, Kara McDaniel, Casey McDaniel, Kris Jones, Dane Reiter, Raymond Jones, Annah (Todd) Greene, Lyvia (Michael) Cummings, Chance Isaacs, and Shawn Isaacs; great grandchildren, Keenan, Lane, Keaton, Haven, Cade, and Esther; extended family, Kim (Paul) DeWitt, Vickie (Dan) Stanley, and Rhonda (Dave) Corey; special aunt, Fran Calkins; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit Wednesday, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the chapel.
