

He first worked for the Conservation Corps in Indiana and Oregon. Paul was also employed by Servel and then Sigeco for 15 years. Following his retirement, he was a delivery person for Oak Hill Pharmacy.
Paul was a believer in Christ and avidly attended church. The Church was very important to Paul and he was actively involved in many ways.
He was a member of Lessing Masonic Lodge #464.
He was a very kind and loving person always willing to help others. He never met a stranger, just a new friend. Spending time with family was very important to Paul. He was an inspiration to all he met.
Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Marjorie (Shepherd) Whitlock; son, Larry Whitlock; and daughter, Donna Whitlock; and four brothers;
He is survived by his sons, Randy Whitlock, Jeff Whitlock (Julie), Gary Whitlock; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; close friends, Mabel and Faye.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Brother Gary Watson and Pastor Bret Myers with burial at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time. A Masonic Service will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday by the Lessing Lodge #464.
