Pauline L. Burgdorf

Pauline L. Burgdorf, 79, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Linda E. White Hospice House. She was born December 3, 1938 to the late Paul and Louise (Becker) Burgdorf. She was a member of Germania Damenchor. Pauline graduated from Reitz High School, Evansville College and Louisiana State University. She enjoyed genealogy, history, conservation and playing the violin. Pauline is survived by brother, Kenneth Burgdorf (Marilyn); nephew, Paul Burgdorf (Cathy); niece, Sarah Henning (Brock); nephew, Brian Burgdorf (Kelly), and great nieces and nephews, Natalie, Noah, Gloria and Audrey Burgdorf, Jared, Morgan and Braden Henning and David and Gracie Burgdorf. A Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Salem United Church of Christ (Heusler), 11325 Lower Mt. Vernon Road, officiated by Pastor Al Schmitz, with burial in Salem United Church of Christ (Heusler) Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel and Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
