She was an active member of Vann Avenue Baptist Church and enjoyed making crafts.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Baker; parents; and siblings.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Baker (Teresa); daughters, Debbie Coon and Frieda Robinson; son, Tommy Baker; grandchildren, Kendra Childers (Brandon), Kenny Baker (Julie), Danny Baker (Stacy), David Coon, Beth Olsen (Pat), and Lea Stage (Chase); many great-grandchildren; and sister, Inez Franklin.
A Private Graveside Service will be held with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
