Robert R. Grayson

He was a US Marine Vietnam Veteran and served from 1967 to 1973. He worked for L. Berman Co. for nine years and Lewis Bakery (Bunny Bread) for 36 years. He was a member of BCTGM Local #280 Union, Riverbend Association, VFW Post 2953 and Vann Avenue Baptist Church.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Kathleen & Robert Grayson; and brother, Roger Grayson.

He is survived by his brothers, Jimmy (Susie), Sammy, both of Evansville, George (Monique), of Gulfport, MS and Mike (Lisa) Grayson, of Owensboro, KY; sisters, Kathie (Jon) Grayson and Bettie (Frank) Hassel, both of Evansville; nieces and nephews.

Services will be 9:00 AM Friday, August 5, 2011, at Alexander Memorial Park, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, officiated by Rev. Robert Nall, with burial to follow. The Vanderburgh County Retired Veterans Memorial Club will conduct military services at the cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00 to 7:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue.
