He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Lee Higgs, Sr.; grandparents, Edward and Mary Jane Higgs, and Clifford and Margaret Kirk.
Ronnie leaves behind his mother, Kathy Higgs; brothers, Roy Higgs and Bobby Higgs; nephews, Roy Higgs, Jr., Jacob Higgs and Levi Higgs; and daughters, Erica and Ashlyn.
He believed in Scripture. Ronnie was an NFL fan and greatly enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.
Ronnie was a son, a brother, a father, and a friend. He will never be forgotten and will be greatly missed. Ronnie is now in the hands of our Lord and Savior. Rest in peace my brother.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026 at Alexander West Chapel, with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
