He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell J. and Helen E. Miller and sister, Frances Thompson.
Rusty is survived by sister, Cheryl Meyer; nieces, Melissa Craig, Holly Meyer, Amanda Meyer; nephew, Troy Meyer; 7 great-nieces and great-nephews; aunts and uncles.
Services will be 11:00AM, Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Alexander North Chapel officiated by Rev. Arthur Christmas with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
