She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh. She loved people and loved giving hugs. Previously, Ruth lived in Newton, IL and Owensboro, KY.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Ziler John Robert, in 1971; parents and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Terry (Robert) of NC and Roberta White of Newburgh; sons, Robert John Robert (Myra) and David Robert (Josey), both of Newton, IL; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Ruth’s wishes were to donate her body to the IU Medical Center Anatomical Donation program.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, April 9, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 625 Frame Road, Newburgh.
