The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Heart to Heart Hospice as they made Mom's last days as peaceful and comfortable as possible, as well as the caring and compassionate way the cared for our family. We would also like to express a special thank you to Mom's nurse, Candace, and Mom's aide, Jaci, who both became more like family than caregivers. We will never forget the caring, loving, compassionate care that they provided to our family over the past several months, helping us navigate a very difficult chapter in our lives.
