Velma M. DeBoard

She was a member of North Park Wesleyan Church. Velma enjoyed gardening, sewing, reading, grandchildren, and her dog, Sunny.

Velma was preceded in death by her husbands, Chester Grove Sr., Paul “Joe” Belwood, Walter DeBoard; sisters, Florabelle “Sis” McCombs and Marilyn Biggs; brother, Harold “Bud” Hall; and granddaughter, Lisa Marie Grove.

She is survived by her son, Chester “Eddie” Grove Jr. (Mary); daughters, Sonya Lawton (Bill) and Darla Lindauer (Mark); grandchildren, Tammy Fulkerson (Tim), Vickie Frayser, Kandi Smith (Tom), Melissa Maxwell (Brian), Cari Lawton, Julie Lawton, Andrew Lindauer (MaKenzie), and Kelsey Lindauer; 10 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren; step-children: Steve, Bill, Gary (Carol), and Danny Belwood, Pam Working and families; Phyllis Huff, Carol Jewell and families; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at North Park Wesleyan Church, officiated by Rev. Stephen Boardman with burial at Tupman Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the church and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time.
