Bill was a loyal family man and husband to Tamra "Tami."
He is survived by his wife, Tamra "Tami" Bottoms; daughter, Heather Rubio (Daniel); son, Aaron Bottoms; parents, William and Sondra Bottoms; sister, Debbie Bottoms; grandchildren, Sydney and Anthony Rubio; and many nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his son, William O. Bottoms III; and sister, Cindy D. (Bottoms) Payne.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Park Lawn Cemetery officiated by Pastor Alan Scott.
