 Obituario de William Bruce Branch
Wm. Bruce Branch, 58, formerly of Evansville, passed away on April 18, 2019 at his home in Broadview Heights, Ohio. He was born in 1960 in Owensboro, KY to the late John and Dorothy Branch. Bruce had a “bigger than life” personality. He graduated from Central High School, where he played football. He attended ISU and received a Technical Certificate with Associate’s Degree in Diesel Mechanics from Oakland City College. He eventually moved to San Jose, CA where he managed restaurants for Pepsi Co. and was then hired in the Customer Service Department of Snap-On Tools, Inc. He excelled in this position and, through self-instruction and hard work, advanced to the executive level in the I.T. department. He was also a Customer Support Executive for Hobart, in Dayton, Ohio in recent years. Bruce and a colleague had recently started a data management business, DBS Technologies, that had begun to prosper. Bruce loved his family and friends whole-heartedly and we will miss his sense of humor, optimistic attitude and willingness to pitch in whenever needed. He was an avid Colts fan and had a passion for cooking, especially grilling. Bruce is survived by his fiance, Stephanie Tash, of Broadview Heights, OH; his children, Kaitlin Branch (fiancé Andre Pacheco) of Menlo Park, CA and Cory Branch of Sidney, OH; his siblings, Greg Branch (Linda) of Robinson, IL, Leanne Hudson (Steve) of Evansville, and David Branch of Aurora, CO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and Stephanie’s children. He was loving and loved and will be terribly missed. Alexander Funeral Home -North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road in Evansville is handling the arrangements.
