Harold Thorsen

Harold passed away comfortably at Everett Providence Hospital August 20, 2014. Harold was born August 13, 1926 and grew up with loving parents, John and Anna Thorsen in South Everett. Harold enlisted in the Merchant Marines and also served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. While in the service he learned to love the seas and the various ports of call. After his service in the Army Harold became a skilled carpenter, built Spec homes and retired from a Carpenters job at the Everett Community College. Harold loved to hunt, fish, and vacation in the Mexican Baja as well as follow the Mariners and Seahawks. Harold was preceded in death by his: parents; brother, Roy; sisters, Myrtle and Millie. He is survived by sister, May and brother, Ray. Private graveside services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2014.
