Jo Ella McMillan Beesinger

She was born December 11, 1953 to John and Oceal McMillan in Lomita, California. She met and married Alvin Beesinger in 1979 and they lived in Amarillo, Texas before moving to Lake Stevens, WA in 1993. Jo Ella was very active with the Everett First Baptist Church where she was also a member of the choir. She was a seamstress and enjoyed knitting but the real joy of her life was her two grandchildren.

She leaves her husband of 31 years, Alvin Beesinger; children, Jeremy (Alisha) Beesinger of Lake Bay, WA and Tim Beesinger of Orange County, CA; her mother, Oceal McMillan of Big Spring, Texas; two brothers, Ron McMillan of St. Helen’s Orgeon and Mike McMillan of Portland, Oregon; as well as her two grandchildren, Natalie and J.J. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Kay McMillan and her father, John McMillan.

A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Everett First Baptist Church.
