Albert Kelly

Albert Kelly, age 60, of Springfield, OH, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Dolores Kelly; infant son, Jacob Kelly; sister, Ann Kelly and brother, Donald Kelly II. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 35 years, Joan Kelly; sons, Joshua, Jeremy and Justin (Darain) Kelly; sisters, Deborah (Mark) Howland and Vickie (Randy) Cyrus; brother, Dana (Laura) Kelly; granddaughter, Paisley Rose Kelly; sister-in-law, Ruth Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews. Albert was an honorable, kind-hearted, selfless and gentle soul who cherished his family above all else and loved spending time with them. He was also an avid fisherman who loved it with a passion. Some of his most cherished memories were spent fishing with his sons. One of his other most memorable fishing adventures was a fishing trip he shared with his brothers, Donald and Dana just before Donald passed. It was Donald’s final wish to share those wonderful memories with his brothers and they were so happy to spend that time together. Albert was a 1980 Graduate of Stebbins High School where he played football and enjoyed wrestling. He was also very proud of his long-time employment with Parker LORD for over 40 years where his dedication and work ethic were second to none. Albert was beyond thrilled to learn he would be a grandfather for the first time to his precious grand-daughter, Paisley Rose and was beyond proud to have earned the title of “Alpaw” for the first time. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will take place from 6 pm until 8 pm on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 East Main Street, Fairborn, OH 45324. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Saint Luke Catholic Church, 1440 North Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432 with burial to immediately follow at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairborn.
