Charlotte Ann Moore

Charlotte A. Moore age 87 of Fairborn passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Soin Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. She was born the daughter of Walter A. & Pearl (Deitz) Gray on July 15, 1927 in Osborn, Ohio. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack of 54 years, brother Walter S. Gray, and sister Marjorie Yantis. Charlotte is survived by 3 children J. Chris (Sally) Moore of Springfield, J. Candy (Bill) Schlieper of Tipp City, and J. Craig Moore of Fairborn, grandchildren Jeremy C. (Carrie) Moore of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Eric C. Moore of Kettering, Carrie (Christopher) Collins of Mason, and Kevin C. Schlieper of Rosamond, California, and 4 great grandsons. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be missed by all who love her. Charlotte was a longtime member of Rona Community Church, where she was active with the Seniors group. Charlotte was proud to have been a past President and member of the Fairborn Lioness Club. Charlotte was a graduate of Bath High School, class of 1945, through the years she played an active role in planning class reunions. Charlotte was an avid seamstress, and created clothing for herself and family. More than anything Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Friends may call on Sunday, May 3, 2015 2PM – 4PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 4, 2015 10AM at Rona Community Church 1082 Rona Parkway Drive, Fairborn, Ohio with Pastor Jim Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery.
