JOHN W. MOODY, age 82 of Fairborn passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on April 25, 1929 the son of George and Lula (Dale) Moody. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Addie in 2011, his parents, and his brother Curtis Moody. He is survived by his sister Ida & Ed Sloan of Oxford, brother Herman Moody of Hamilton, sister n laws Juanita Moody and Judy Ebbing both of Summerset, Kentucky and several nieces nephews and friends . John served his county proudly with the United States Air Force and he was a lifetime member of Victory Temple where he was head usher. John will be greatly missed by all. Friends may call on Monday, August 22, 2011, 11AM--Noon at Victory Temple Church 2443 Valle Greene Dr. Fairborn, Ohio where memorial services will follow at Noon with Pastor Ancil Carter and Pastor Tim Walden officiating.
