Joe was an amazing God fearing man who was loving, kind, had a heart of gold, and would help anyone who crossed his path. He was a forgiving man who triumphed in spite of many struggles he faced throughout his life. He was a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Joseph Sr. & Opal.
Survivors include his daughter: Beth Hardesty; lifetime friend: Warren Pulliam; grandchildren: Tyler Hardesty & Zach Hardesty; two sisters & their families; & a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10am at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 903 Fairdale Rd. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Friday, February 16, 2018 at 9am at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd.
