Scott Douglas Frank, 50, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Born December 11, 1972 to Mary Lou and the late Harold Frank.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Frank; children, Alexus Frank, Kiersten Frank, Brennin Frank; grandson, Dakoda Frank; and brother, Chris Frank.
