Timmy Lee Harris, 53, died Monday, June 27, 2016 at St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He was born April 26, 1963 in Greater Louisville to the late Charles F. and Esther (Haney) Harris. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Elaine Harris and brother, Charles F. Harris, Jr. He worked as a truck driver at General Rubber and Plastics. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother who enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycles, and his favorite tv shows.
He is survived by his daughter, Penny Philpott (Justin); sister, Pat West (Tom); brother, Tommy Harris; grandchildren, Zander, Zalley, and Justin Jr. “JJ”; and many extended family members, friends, and co-workers.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd., Fairdale, Kentucky 40118. His Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
