Tina Marie Turner, 41, of Louisville passed away Monday, July 20, 2015. She was the former Tina Coomer. She leaves to cherish her memory, her boyfriend, Wayne Smith, her mother, Linda Coomer, sister, Nancy Slack, nieces; Linda Slack & Christina Coomer, nephew, David Slack, great niece; Mayleigh Crenshaw.
Visitation will be Saturday from 12 Noon until time of service at 4PM.
