Barbara Ann Mohay

Barbara passed away peacefully in her home among her children, Justin and Jacklyn. She was passionate about her work as a nurse at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for over forty years as she had the amazing capability to lift people up, no matter the circumstances. She loved driving across country, visiting shrines and churches in various states and long weekend vacations at any beach. She was able to keep her children in line by studying Tae Kwon Do and with her compassion and understanding. She maintained her strength to fight life’s battles through her devout Catholicism which she practiced every day, touching many lives not only as a parishioner, but also as a nurse, and passerby. Barbara will be deeply missed by her children Justin and Jacklyn, brother Tom, sister Ellen and brother-in-law Robert. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her church, Epiphany of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church.
