Cindy was born at Fairfax Hospital on December 13, 1963. She grew up in Annadale, Virginia with her six surviving siblings, Paul Jr, Jayne, Chris, Veronica, Jennifer, and Stephanie. She was raised by her father, Paul Thompson Sr. and surviving Mother, Barsha Prose Thompson. Cindy graduated from Annandale high school, class of 1982. After high school, Cindy worked as a dedicated federal employee at GSA, as a Supply Systems Analyst, where she retired after 34 years.
Cindy’s life passions were her children, family, traveling, and business. She was known for her contagious personality, laughter, and desire to put others before herself. Throughout her life, she has left a positive impact on the lives of everyone who knew her.
Cindy is survived by her three children, Johnathan Harlowe, Ashley Canyon, and Holly Harlowe, along with her loved nieces and nephews.
