
A husband and father, Frank Carol Bale, passed away peacefully at 91. Born on September 16, 1932, in San Mateo, California, to Mary Veronica and Frank Henry Bale, Frank led a life of service and commitment.
Frank proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy, where his dedication and patriotism shone brightly. After his active-duty military service, he continued to serve in the Navy reserves. While serving, Frank continued to make significant contributions to the nation through his work with Voice of America, where he played a vital role in broadcasting news and information across the globe.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Rayma Joy Gibbs (husband Charles Gibbs), his son, Frank Mitchell Bale (wife Jenner); eight grandchildren: Rayma Nicole Coslett, Amber Zeigler, Zachary Glass, CodiRae White, Dakota Collins, Christopher Bale, Mitchell Essex, Jordan Essex; 18 great-grandchildren; Charleston Coslett, Finley Coslett, Brooklyn Zeigler, Mackenzie Zeigler, Ella Zeigler, Brooklyn Bale, Eligh Bale, Owen Bale, Xander Glass, Gavin Glass, Brody White, StellaRae White, Mitchell Bale, Jaylen Valdez, Josiah Essex, Mateo Bale, Maleah Bale, and Micah Bale. His cherished wife, Rayma Darlene Bale, and his daughter, Renee Sciapiti, preceded him in death.
Frank's legacy of service to his country and family will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him. His life was a testament to dedication, integrity, and love.
