Irene Cole

Irene Cole was born September 1, 1931 to the late Nelson and Ruth Cole in Lee County, KY. She was sister to late Catherine Butters. She is survived by her nieces and nephew, Vickie (Jim) King, Samuel (Kathy) Butters, and Robin Brown, and their children and her late niece, Shearon (David) Layne's children. She was a beloved aunt, great aunt, and great-great aunt. She spent most of her life in Cincinnati, OH where she was a devout church goer and member of the choir. She loved family gatherings, reading the bible, and taking pride in her yard work. She had a great love of people, the Lord, and finding humor in life when she could. A small graveside gathering will be held at 1pm on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Batavia Union Cemetery in Batavia, OH.
