On Monday, March 27, 2023, Norma E. Orr of Fairfax, VA, the beloved wife of Robert M. Orr, devoted mother of Pamela Orr Weaver, Heather Orr Hellier (Andrew) and Robert Orr (Holly), loving grandmother of Amanda, Benjamin, Peyton, Robbie, and Noah, sister of June Councilman Bowen (Gene) and John Councilman and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial to be held Friday, April 14, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church 8601 Wolftrap Rd SE, Vienna, VA 22182. Internment to follow in Fairfax Memorial Park.
