Peter Feely Bell of Fairfax, VA passed away on November 4, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved husband to the late Ethelyn Windsor Bell; son of the late Joseph George Bell and Nellie Ferris Bell; brother to Ed, Frank, Paul, Dave, Barney, Joe, Lucille, John, Marie, Nellie, Dick, Tony, Chris, Audrey, and Rosemary, all whom preceded him in death. Survived by his children, Cynthia Marie Bell and Charles Kevin Bell (Tracey); grandson, Timothy Alan Bell (Elisa); great-grandchildren, Orion Peter Bell and Elora Lynn Bell.
