Troy was often recognized with department and enterprise level awards based on his steadfast dedication to, and personification of, Navy Federal's guiding principles, system knowledge, and outstanding customer service. He inspired a high standard of contribution to those around him based on his tremendous work ethic and strong sense of self. Troy was a servant leader; he invested in people and strived to position those around him for success in a variety of roles throughout his career. He was a charitable, talented leader who found time to support his community in many ways including several years as a volunteer firefighter. More than anything else, Troy was guided by his passion for serving our business partners and members. Any decision, any effort, and all tasks were always focused on support of our members.
He will be forever missed by his Navy Federal Family.
